
Sunday’s are typically my chill day but it’s not looking like it anymore! As mentioned in my previous blog posts, I have a 6-day PPL workout split. The rest is on the 7th day. My rest day typically lands on a Sunday. So, what do I do now?
I did my walk in the morning and decided to go get some shots up at 24. 40 pounds later, and I can jump nowhere NEAR I used to be able to jump. It’s lightweight depressing because it feels like I have a weighted vest on that’s preventing me from jumping like how I used to.
