My leg days are even more brutal with the addition of this challenge

When I train legs, I go HARD because they’re lacking behind! Sometimes I feel like I train a bit too hard and I end up sore because I stay busting my ass on leg day. With the addition of the #75HARD challenge, it doesn’t make it any easier.

Today was a walk through the park (literally) as I walked out my 1st workout prior to my 2nd workout at the gym. As a side update, I’ll start posting updates weekly instead of daily because there’s nothing too amazing going besides loads of new information I’m learning from the books and the mental toughness I’m acquiring.  Oh, and here’s the leg workout I did today:

  1. Squats 3×12
  2. Hip Thrusts 3×20
  3. GHR 2×20
  4. Leg Curls 3×15
  5. Donkey Calf Raises x 100 reps
  6. Seated Calf Raises x 50 reps
