If you didn’t already know, ALWAYS TRAIN LEGS ON A MONDAY? Why? Because international chest day lands on a Monday which means no bench presses available. For some weird reason at my gym, it’s the complete OPPOSITE. The Bench presses are always open but the squat racks are always taken! Like wtf???
Anyways, #75hard is damn near on autopilot. I’m starting to get used to the requirements. I’m able to wake up much earlier and much more refreshed. I can fall asleep instantly. I have more energy throughout the day. Things are looking good so far! DAY 7 out the books and here’s my progress picture.
