This challenge is by far one of the toughest things I’ve ever done. Around day 50 is when I really got some wheels and the momentum really started to pump me up. I’ll tell you one thing. I was in pretty good shape already prior to doing this challenge. Now I’m even better and have an even more killer mentality. This ain’t the end though: Phase #1 is next. I got an InBody test and here are my results from the last 75 days. Went out and celebrated with a few drinks but I’ll be back in full swing in a few days. Don’t really like being this low body fat, so I’ll make some adjustments the next time around.
6.5% Bf to 3%BF (don’t know how accurate this is)
